Oracle Fusion Technical SME

Position: Oracle Fusion Technical SME
Location: Atlanta, GA (3 days hybrid onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical SME with strong expertise across multiple Oracle Cloud modules. The ideal candidate should have a predominantly technical background with some functional understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion applications
• Design, develop, and support solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Work on Oracle HCM, PPM, and GL modules with strong technical depth
• Develop and manage Oracle Integrations (OIC, APIs, web services, etc.)
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
• Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and system scalability

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Oracle HCM
• Oracle PPM
• Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / Integrations
• Solid technical skills in integrations, extensions, and reporting
• Good understanding of functional processes (20% functional exposure)

Experience:

• Overall experience in Oracle Fusion implementations/support
• Techno-functional ratio: 80% Technical / 20% Functional

Preferred:

• Experience working in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
