Summary

Job Title: GIS Specialist   Mid-Level Location: Raleigh, NC (Remote, but candidates must be local to the Triangle region)
Work Arrangement: Remote.
 Job Description: 
We are seeking a Mid-Level GIS Specialist to support ArcGIS platform administration, GIS analysis, data management, and web GIS application development. The candidate will manage users and groups, publish GIS services, develop Experience Builder applications, support accessibility compliance, and provide technical support to GIS and non-GIS users.
 Mandatory Skills:
  • ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise administration
  • ArcGIS Pro
  • ArcGIS Experience Builder
  • ArcGIS Survey123 and Field Maps
  • Publishing hosted and referenced map image and feature services
  • GIS analysis, data processing, data management, and metadata creation
  • Python and/or SQL
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards
  • Application troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and technical documentation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
