Job Details

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our team, focusing on enhancing the user experience of our ServiceNow-based solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead UX design initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of user experience design throughout the ServiceNow development lifecycle.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define requirements and align with user needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistent user experiences.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design standards in all solutions.
  • Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of user advocacy and design excellence.
  • Present UX strategies and deliverables to stakeholders and development teams.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • 3+ years of UI/UX experience specifically on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members in UX best practices.
  • Experience with analytics tools to inform design decisions.
