Job Requisition:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Functional Consultant with a minimum of 20 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert and client-facing lead for Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, and Service Logistics workstreams across both Fusion and E-Business Suite platforms.
This onsite role demands a strategic thinker who can engage C-suite stakeholders, lead large cross-functional teams, drive architecture decisions, and deliver complex, mission-critical implementations with confidence. The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and hypercharge support.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 20 years of experience implementing Oracle ERP applications (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud), with a strong focus on SCM and Service workstreams.
At least 5 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations (go-live) in the last 8 years.
Minimum 8 full-lifecycle EBS implementations (R11i / R12 / R12.2) across OM, Pricing, Inventory, and Service modules.
Direct experience leading OFSC implementations across multiple clients and industries (Utilities, Hi-Tech, Field Services, Telecommunications preferred).
Proven track record managing engagements of $2M+ budget and teams of 10+ consultants.
Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly update management and regression testing strategies.
Prior experience in a Big 4 / Oracle Consulting / SI environment preferred.
