Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Microsoft .NET stack, modern web UI frameworks, Python, and SQL and a proven ability to design, build, modernize, and support high-performing enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core/latest .NET.
- Build responsive web UI components using Angular and/or React with TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain Python utilities and services for automation, integrations, scripting, and APIs.
- Write and optimize complex SQL, including joins, window functions, and aggregations, and implement indexing and performance tuning.
- Analyze query performance and resolve data-related production issues.
- Support batch and scheduled jobs, including understanding job dependencies for operational workflows.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and deployment automation using Ansible.
- Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across UI, backend, batch, and database layers.
- Contribute to solution design and architecture to ensure maintainability, scalability, and supportability.
- Collaborate within an Agile team and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency with legacy ASP.NET and modern .NET Core/latest .NET.
- Front-end development with Angular and/or React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Python for backend services and automation.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, performance tuning, execution plan analysis, and stored procedures.
- Experience supporting batch processing, schedulers, and production support patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and automation with Ansible.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills with solid communication and teamwork.
- 8+ years of software development experience delivering in enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with performance tuning for backend services and databases.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and production readiness practices.
- Experience with microservices, containers, or cloud-native patterns.
- Exposure to job schedulers such as Autosys or Airflow and large-scale batch environments.
