A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sr. Project Manager

Position type: Full-time (Contract)
Duration: 12 Months (Contract with strong potential for extension till 24 months and potential to convert based on performance)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will:

Manage full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Manage interdependence across programs and ensure alignment with Enterprise change management priorities.
Serve as a liaison between Capital Markets Trading, Analytics, Finance, Risk and other line of business and enterprise support functions
Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring awareness, alignment, and understanding of program financials, decisions, status, etc.
Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with required standards.
Develop high quality project artifacts, documentation, reporting materials, and presentations.
Leverage advanced Teams, SharePoint, One Note, Project, Excel and PowerPoint skills to analyze data, track progress, and deliver executive ready materials.

The ideal candidate will have:

Project management experience, ideally within financial services.
Solid understanding of Capital Markets products (not required to be an expert but must demonstrate working knowledge).
Experience delivering complex projects within financial services trading and banking environments, with awareness of operational dynamics.
Regulatory project experience is preferred.
Experience with Market Risk and/or Model Development is strongly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Teams, SharePoint, One Note, Project, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to support and manage projects and produce clear and insightful reporting.
PMI PMP certification (desired)

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $58- $62 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
