As a leader in systems engineering, we're looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape the Program Office by leading Airworthiness efforts. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like systems and digital engineering.
How You'll Contribute:- Create, support or implement Program Office internal airworthiness guidance, processes, and templates.
- Provide airworthiness-related advice to program managers and program engineers.
- Conduct airworthiness board reviews.
- Facilitate the program engineer's formal coordination for the various airworthiness products, as needed.
- Approve airworthiness packages complete prior to coordination.
- Execute airworthiness processing in LCMP airworthiness Module.
- Maintain Airworthiness dashboard for all ongoing projects.
- Maintain AW-related metrics.
- Develop annual DTA AW-related report in accordance with AC-19-04.
- Ensure development, maintenance, and usage of single-location storage and archive of all airworthiness-related artifacts.

You Have: - 3+ years of experience with airworthiness, MIL-HDBK-516C and systems development
- Experience with the system engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major DoD weapons and test systems
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, dynamic team environment, including internal staff, external contractors, and government customers
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Nice If You Have: - 10+ years of experience with airworthiness, MIL-HDBK-516C and systems development
- Experience with Life Cycle Management Program
- Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
