Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer based in or near Charlotte, NC, who is available for in-person interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java development, backend systems, and modern frameworks, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience with Java (8 or above)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework
Experience with RESTful web services and microservices architecture
Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle)

Preferred Qualifications:
