Agile Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead critical product development initiatives and partner closely with agile delivery teams in a fast-paced technology environment. This role will drive the planning, execution, reporting, and successful rollout of multiple cross-functional programs while ensuring alignment with quarterly business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex technical programs, facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving delivery excellence through lean/agile methodologies. The role requires someone who can proactively manage risks, improve team efficiency, and maintain strong communication across leadership and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead quarterly planning sessions
• Manage end-to-end program planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional programs within a matrixed organization
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational inefficiencies, drive resolution across teams
• Ensure day-to-day coordination and quality execution of project deliverables
• Define, track, and report on program metrics and KPIs
• Communicate program status, timelines, and delivery progress to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to support successful delivery initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Agile Program Management
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean project management methodologies
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical programs in fast-paced environments
• Strong project planning, forecasting, prioritization, and progress tracking skills
• Ability to hold teams accountable and drive delivery outcomes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience within fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience building reports and dashboards
