Job Description:
  • 10+ years in project/program management leading cross functional teams in regulated environments to implement large scale MDM/MDG platforms such as Simple MDG.
  • (SAP BTP Solution add-on)
  • Proven experience and certifications in Agile project methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including senior management communications.
  • Demonstrated delivery of multimillion dollar data initiatives on accelerated timelines, with global user bases (1K–5K+).
  • hands on expertise with SAP (S/4 or ECC) master data solutions and processes.
  • Strong command of data governance (operating model, stewardship, glossary, reference data, DQ rules/scorecards, lineage/metadata).
  • Proven change leadership: communications, training, adoption measurement, benefit tracking, and SteerCo/Board level storytelling.
  • Ability to work with teams across different time zones for project delivery and change management.
  • Methodologies: PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent; familiarity with Agile practices for data/ERP at scale; Lean/Six Sigma mindset.
