Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, AWS Bedrock, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will work on building scalable AI solutions using foundation models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and cloud-native architectures on AWS.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize LLM-based applications using AWS Bedrock (Claude, Titan, Llama, etc.), Implement prompt engineering, prompt templates, and prompt optimization strategies
Fine-tune, evaluate, and benchmark LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety
Develop robust backend services using Python (FastAPI / Flask)
Build APIs to expose AI/LLM functionalities to frontend and external systems
Implement asynchronous processing and streaming responses for LLM applications
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Python code
Architect and deploy AI services on AWS, leveraging: AWS Bedrock
Implement document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, and semantic search
Integrate structured and unstructured data sources into LLM workflows
Implement model monitoring, logging, and observability for LLM applications
Track hallucinations, response quality, latency, and usage metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs, GenAI, and AWS AI services
Contribute to architectural decisions and AI best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock
Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
Understanding of cloud security, scalability, and performance optimization
4+ years of software development experience (AI/ML preferred)
3+ year of hands-on experience working with LLMs or GenAI solutions
Experience deploying production-grade AI systems, Experience with Generative AI, Open AI

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs
Knowledge of Docker, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code
Experience with frontend integration (React, Next.js)
Familiarity with AI safety, guardrails, and compliance standards
