Data Support Specialist

Description
The Machine Learning Team is seeking a full-time Data Support Specialist. You will be responsible for generating high-quality customized training data for machine learning models. Your goal is to continuously provide advanced human-in-the-loop learning datasets so that the Product and Engineering teams can build products that deliver high value to our customers. A successful candidate will have a passion for making products better and an eagerness to learn and grow with a team of dedicated Data Analysts.

Monitor and improve dataset quality through the use of internal data tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to identify and solve
complex problems
Perform analysis to proactively identify data concerns and conduct research to
determine the best course of correction
Provide regular status updates for internal tools and processes to improve product
quality
Work on ad-hoc projects and requests
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must
Passion for data and quality assurance
Annotate and bound images through the use of internal data tools
Strong research and analytical skills or demonstrated aptitude
Able to maintain sharp focus with repetitive tasks
Discipline and determination to resolve complex problems
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficient and experienced using Microsoft Office and Google
Spreadsheets

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
