Summary

Job Title: Sr Gen AI & Agentic AI Developer
Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite 4 days a week)

JD:

Minimum 10+ years of experience required.

Build and operationalize enterprise‑grade LLM and agentic AI solutions aligned with the Client PD‑EAT standard, delivering scalable, measurable, and compliant AI services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and productionize LLM, RAG, and multi‑agent solutions using approved client patterns
Define evaluation metrics (quality, latency, cost, adoption) and publish KPI dashboards
Enable data grounding pipelines in collaboration with data engineers
Support interoperability across applications (MCP) and enterprise APIs
Ensure security, compliance, and production readiness

Key Skills
Python, ML/NLP, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, evaluations
Experience with multi‑agent frameworks and cloud deployments preferred
