• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive Zoho CRM solutions by translating business requirements into automated, scalable technical configurations and custom Deluge scripts. You will also manage end-to-end data integrity, system integrations with third-party platforms, and user-facing reporting to optimize operational workflows across the organization.

Role Descriptions:

• Work with stakeholders (sales| marketing| operations teams) to understand business needs
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions within Zoho CRM
• Set up Zoho CRM modules| fields| layouts| profiles| and workflows
• Configuration experiences in Lead and deal pipelines| Automation rules (workflows|approvals| blueprints)|Email templates and notifications
• Customize UI and user roles to match business processes
• Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting
• Build integrations with third-party systems (ERP| marketing platforms| payment gateways|etc.)
• Create APIs or use Zoho integrations (Zoho Books| Desk| Campaigns| etc.) Customize reports| dashboards| and analytics Import export data from legacy systems
• Cleanse and structure data Ensure data integrity and deduplication Set up data security and access controls
