Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4+ years in production support
4+ years of hands-on experience in React, Spring Boot, and Azure; experience in Java/Python
2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Functions, Monitor, DevOps)
2+ years of experience in application debugging, troubleshooting, and analyzing logs & alerts using tools like Splunk, App Insights, and Dynatrace
2+ years of experience in Oracle database and ability to write SQL queries
2+ years of experience with Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
Flexible to work off hours including weekends, available for on-call support in case of critical business issues (e.g., Priority 1 or 2 incidents)
