Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design scalable and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall architecture and roadmap for ServiceNow platform implementations
• Design end-to-end solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and SecOps Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and integration teams
• Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance standards are followed Lead platform upgrades, performance optimization, and scalability efforts
• Design and oversee integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware, etc.)
• Review and approve solution design, code quality, and architecture decisions
• Support presales activities, solution proposals, and client discussions (if applicable) Mentor and upskill team members on ServiceNow capabilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture/design roles
• Strong expertise in: ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery Platform architecture and data model design
• Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations and migrations
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
• Understanding of cloud architecture, security, and compliance frameworks Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly preferred)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to enterprise-scale deployments and multi-instance strategy Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead teams and influence decision-making.
