Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize applications in NICE CXone & LiveVox
- Design and implement IVR flows, ACD routing & omnichannel integrations
- Build integrations with Salesforce, WFM tools & third-party applications
- Work with REST APIs, web services & databases
- Configure call flows, agent scripts & reporting dashboards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high system availability
- Optimize platform performance and resolve production issues
- Follow security, compliance & regulatory standards
- Apply best practices for code quality, scalability & maintainability
