ServiceNow ITAM Engineer

Location: 7200 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR 97218

Duration: 12 months (with a possible extension)

👉 Key focus:

  • Build & manage ITAM, SAM (Software Asset Mgmt), CMDB
  • Track all IT assets (hardware, software, cloud)
  • Ensure license compliance & cost optimization
  • Maintain accurate asset data & relationships
  • Work closely with ITSM, ITOM, Security, and stakeholders
  • Handle data cleanup, audits, reporting, dashboards
  • Drive process improvement & governance

👉 Must Have:

  • Strong ServiceNow ITAM + SAM hands-on experience
  • Deep CMDB implementation & governance
  • Experience with ITIL framework
  • Knowledge of software licensing (Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
  • Experience with data reconciliation, audits, reporting
  • Exposure to ITOM + ITSM processes

👉 Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow certifications
  • ITIL certification
  • Cloud asset management (AWS/Azure)
  • Tools like Intune / SCCM
  • Reporting tools (Power BI / Tableau)
