Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced Technical Advisors to provide strategic technical leadership, solution design guidance, and engineering mentorship across multiple cybersecurity towers including Network Security, Identity Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Cyber Business Resilience, and Data Security.

The Technical Advisor will act as a senior technical escalation point, support architectural governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Define and maintain architectural standards and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams

Solution Design

• Lead the design of complex systems and confirm scalability, security, and performance
• Review and approve critical technical decisions across projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

Problem Solving

• Address high-impact technical challenges and provide recommendations for solutions
• Serve as an escalation point for complex engineering issues

Thought Leadership

• Represent the organization in technical forums, conferences, and industry events
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical documentation

Security Towers:

• Network Security
• Identity Security

• Cyber Business Resilience
• Data Security

Engagement Requirement:

• One (1) US Tower Technical Advisor per security tower
• 14 Hours per Week per Advisor

Required Skills:

• Strong cybersecurity architecture and technical advisory experience
• Expertise in one or more cybersecurity domains/towers
• Experience guiding engineering and architecture teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to review and recommend secure, scalable technical solutions
