Position Overview
We are seeking an Expert-Level Oracle DBA to support a critical database infrastructure project in Minneapolis, MN. 
This role requires a technical authority capable of managing complex Oracle environments (11g through 21c) while providing cross-platform support for IBM DB2, MongoDB, and Sybase ASE. 
The ideal candidate is an expert in High Availability (RAC/Data Guard), Performance Tuning, and Backup/Recovery strategies within a Linux/Unix ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
* Oracle Administration: Lead the management of Oracle 11g, 12c, 19c, and 21c instances, including Multitenant (CDB/PDB) architecture and ASM.
* High Availability: Configure and maintain RAC, Data Guard (Physical/Logical), Active Data Guard, and GoldenGate replication.
* Performance Optimization: Perform deep-dive tuning using AWR, ADDM, ASH, and SQL Plan Management.
* Cross-Platform Support: Provide intermediate-level administration for IBM DB2 (HADR, LUW) and working knowledge support for MongoDB (Replica sets, Sharding) and Sybase ASE.
* Backup & Recovery: Execute expert-level RMAN strategies, PITR, and Flashback technologies.
* Security & Governance: Implement TDE, Database Vault, and Audit Vault to ensure enterprise-level data security.
* Monitoring: Utilize OEM Cloud Control 13c for proactive monitoring, patching, and provisioning.

Required Qualifications
* Experience: 8+ years of core Database Administration experience.
* Core Oracle Expertise: Expert proficiency in RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and Performance Tuning.
* Secondary DB Skills: Intermediate knowledge of IBM DB2 and functional knowledge of MongoDB and Sybase ASE.
* OS Proficiency: Advanced Linux (RHEL/Oracle Linux) and intermediate Unix (Solaris/AIX) skills.
* Tools: Mastery of OEM 13c, TOAD, SQL Developer, and various enterprise backup tools (Veeam/Commvault).
* Education: BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
