We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Contract-to-Cash (C2C) Consultant with strong expertise in Pricing, Commercial Agreements, Settlement Management, and Condition Contract Management (CCM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance and OTC/C2C processes, including settlement document processing, pricing configuration, SD-FI integration, and commercial agreement settlements.
The consultant will provide L2/L3 production support, drive issue resolution, collaborate with business stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives across the Contract-to-Cash landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Support & Operations
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Contract-to-Cash processes.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within SLA commitments.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address recurring issues.
- Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, SOPs, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
Business & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Participate in business review meetings and project status discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, Sales & Distribution, and IT.
- Drive process improvements and recommend automation opportunities.
SAP C2C Pricing & Commercial Agreements
- Configure and support Condition Contract Management (CCM).
- Manage Settlement Management processes, including partial and final settlements.
- Support Settlement Document Processing (WB2R).
- Configure pricing procedures and condition techniques.
- Implement and support Delta Accruals and Business Volume Determination.
- Support integration between SAP SD and FI modules.
- Configure and maintain Transfer Manager and Check Manager processes.
- Implement OPD (Output Parameter Determination) and BRF+ solutions.
- Support country-specific compliance requirements including E-Invoicing and Portugal Digital Signature (SIPT framework).
