Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects within our organization. This role is essential in ensuring alignment with strategic goals while delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in project management methodologies, and a proven ability to foster collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop project charters, vision statements, and strategic plans to set clear objectives and ensure effective project initiation.
Manage project scope, schedules, and resource plans to meet stated goals and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Evaluate the impact of project requirements on business processes, technology systems, and operational readiness.
Identify and mitigate risks while tracking progress, managing issues, and implementing change controls.
Facilitate decision-making and governance by maintaining comprehensive records of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder impact assessments and readiness efforts.
Promote best practices in project management by standardizing processes and documentation.
Maintain detailed project documentation to ensure accessibility and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
Effectively manage time and resources to optimize collaboration and productivity.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and business process improvement.
Comprehensive knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and best practices.
PMP certification is required.
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and other project management tools.
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver status reports to diverse audiences.
Skilled in analyzing complex business challenges and developing innovative solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and resolve issues effectively.
