Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP).

This role is responsible for managing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise PAM infrastructure, integrating enterprise systems with the PAM vault, and ensuring secure privileged credential lifecycle management across platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience integrating databases, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), ServiceNow, and network devices with PAM solutions while ensuring compliance, reliability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, platform components, and JEP.

• Integrate databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra), ServiceNow, and network devices with the PAM vault.

• Implement and manage privileged credential vaulting, rotation, and lifecycle processes.

• Configure and customize out-of-the-box PAM integrations to meet business requirements.

• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for PAM-related incidents.

• Manage and submit firewall requests required for PAM connectivity.

• Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and application teams.

• Monitor system health, apply patches/upgrades, and optimize performance.

• Provide on-call support for PAM system incidents and outages.

• Maintain documentation for system configurations, integrations, and procedures.

• Proven hands-on experience with:

  • Delinea Secret Server

  • Delinea Server Suite

  • Delinea Just Enough Privilege (JEP)

• Experience integrating PAM with:

  • Oracle

  • MSSQL

  • MySQL

  • MongoDB

  • Cassandra

• Experience integrating with ServiceNow and network devices.

• Strong knowledge of privileged credential lifecycle management.

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS environments.

• Experience managing firewall connectivity requests.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
