About the Rolelooking for a
Senior IT Support Specialist to act as the
go-to IT expert for their Atlanta office. This is a
Tier 2-3 support role where you'll handle complex technical issues, support leadership teams, and help drive IT operations forward.
This is a
high-impact, visible role with the opportunity to grow into an
IT Manager position within 2-3 years.
What You'll Be DoingAdvanced Technical Support- Provide Tier 2-3 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Support executives and end users, including C-level interaction
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
- Escalate issues to vendors or higher-level support when needed
IT Operations & Infrastructure- Maintain and monitor systems, devices, and IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network issues (including rack & stack, cabling, outages)
- Manage hardware, software, and asset inventory
- Support Active Directory, O365, and desktop environments
User Support & Administration- Set up new users, permissions, and access
- Handle IT service requests through a ticketing system
- Provide guidance and training to users on systems and tools
Team Leadership & Growth- Act as an IT liaison and point of contact for the office
- Help mentor junior staff and support team development
- Partner with IT leadership on processes and improvements
- Assist in managing IT operations and performance
Additional Responsibilities- Support AV setups and conferencing tools when needed
- Maintain documentation and improve service processes
- Provide after-hours support as needed
- Travel to other locations (10-15% travel)

What They're Looking ForMust-Have Skills:- 5+ years of IT support experience (Tier 2/3 preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting across:
- Windows OS
- Microsoft Office / O365
- Hardware and desktop systems
- Basic networking
- Experience with a ticketing/help desk system
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to support executives and Senior stakeholders
Technical Strengths:- Desktop support & help desk operations
- Active Directory
- Hardware troubleshooting & configuration
- IT infrastructure support
- Asset and inventory management
Preferred Qualifications- Associate's degree or technical training in IT (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications such as:
- CompTIA A+
- Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator
- Cisco CCNA
- Experience in a corporate office environment
Work Environment- Onsite in Atlanta, GA (5 days/week)
- Business professional environment
- IT is a critical, high-impact function within the business
- Travel required: 10-15% to other offices

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
