Job Title: Product Manager - Benefits & Enrollment
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Possibility of Conversion: Yes
Location: Fully remote
Interview Process: 2 Rounds

Description: Execution-oriented Product Manager focused on health benefits and enrollment functionality. Delivers product capabilities across eligibility, rates, and benefits administration workflows.

Responsibilities:

Execute product initiatives across the SDLC in Agile teams,
Translate customer and business needs into user stories and backlog items
Own requirements for enrollment, eligibility, rates, and data feeds
Support benefits administration workflows including COBRA and CDH
Partner closely with engineering and senior product leadership

Required Skills:

Product Management experience in Agile (not Waterfall) environments
Health Benefits enrollment platform experience with strong industry knowledge
Experience owning requirements across enrollment, eligibility, rates, data feeds, and benefits administration workflows including COBRA and CDH
Ability to manage high-volume delivery under pressure with tight timelines
Experience using AI tools to be more effective
