Job Details:

Looking for a Senior SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 Developer to design, develop, and implement responsive, role-based SAP Fiori applications and enhancements aligned to SAP UX standards. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAPUI5 (freestyle + Fiori elements), OData service consumption/integration, and SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration & extension. You will collaborate with UX/Functional/Solution teams to translate business requirements into scalable front-end solutions, ensure integration with SAP backend services, and drive quality via reviews, testing, and performance tuning

• Strong hands-on experience in SAPUI5 / SAP Fiori development (freestyle and/or Fiori elements).

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and UI development fundamentals.

• Experience building apps in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and/or SAP Web IDE (where legacy setups exist).

• Fiori Elements / Metadata-driven UI: Practical knowledge of Fiori elements floorplans and configuration/annotations-driven development to reduce custom UI coding and ensure consistency. [help.sap.com], [SAP UI5 FI...1st Jul''25 | Word]

• Integration: Strong experience with OData services and SAP Gateway integration; understanding of data binding, filters, sorting, and service performance considerations.

• Launchpad & UX: Experience with Fiori Launchpad configuration and UX guidelines application for consistent role-based user experiences.

• Debugging & Problem Solving: Strong debugging skills across UI5, browser dev tools, and service traces; ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose fixes

• Experience in Fiori Elements with OData V4 and awareness of SAP’s OData V4 benefits and extension models.

• Knowledge of Analytical, Fact Sheet, OVP style apps and dashboards where required.

• Exposure to SAP BTP and API usage for extensions/integrations.

• UI theming/branding via Theme Designer; adaptation/extension approaches for standard apps.

• Exposure to hybrid/mobile packaging patterns (e.g., Cordova) if applicable to the program.
