Required Skills: 7- 10 years serving as overall Sr. PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager ( Needs to have Sr. PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager all over their resume, no dual titles such as Project Lead/Project Manager, Project Manager/Systems Analyst, etc.)
Detailed JD: Sr. PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager reporting directly to the Assistant Director of IT Shared Services. Must have relevant hands-on experience managing critical and complex projects. This person may be responsible for managing projects within the WFA, ePerformance space, but highly beneficial if they had overall PeopleSoft project management module (Benefits, GL, Payroll, Absence Management, etc.) knowledge or experience.
Manage more than one project based on complexity or criticality (must have skill set as it is highly likely they will have more than one project)
Escalate in a timely manner
Produce detailed project plans
Drive project to completion
Hold resources and task owners accountable
Report out to senior executive leadership
Well organized and can run project team meetings/Sprints
Either step into project mid-way, or manage from start
Can communicate and articulate very clearly to all levels of stakeholders
