AWS Application Support Engineer- 10+ yrs- Delaware, United States- Onsite

Ensure QA/UAT/CERT and other non-production environments remain available and operational during agreed support hours.Experience in monitoring JAVA application logs using SPLUNK and creating alerts, reports and dashboards for exception and error log handling. Skilled in Python, pyspark, Unix shell scripting for automated health checks and SQL performance testing. Perform daily environment health checks covering applications, infrastructure, databases, middleware, interfaces, and dependent services.Monitor environment availability, performance, capacity, and connectivity.Identify and address environment issues before they impact testing activities.Maintain environment readiness for planned testing, releases, regression testing, and certification activities. Coordinate environment startup, shutdown, refresh, and maintenance activities.Hands on experience supporting HAdoop, Spark, Kafka on AWS with code depolyment using github
