Responsibilities:
Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that support business decision-making across the analytics function.
Build and enhance data products within Databricks to provide reliable, user-friendly access to operational and analytical insights.

Partner with analytics stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical solutions that are accurate, efficient, and maintainable.
Support the evolution of reporting assets, including work associated with shifting Power BI-based reporting into Databricks environments.
Monitor data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues, and optimize performance across dashboards, pipelines, and data assets.

Requirements

Relevant experience in data engineering, BI development, or data product development roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks, including Azure Databricks in enterprise data environments.
Proficiency in Python and Apache Spark for data transformation, pipeline development, and large-scale processing.
Experience designing and supporting ETL workflows and integrating data from multiple sources.
Working knowledge of Azure Data Lake, data lake architectures, and Azure SQL Database.
