Description
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to join our Enterprise CRM organization. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and executing automated test solutions across Salesforce platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery of CRM capabilities that support customer engagement and internal operations.
This is a hands-on, engineering-focused QA role that requires experience in Salesforce testing, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications (including Playwright or similar tools)
Build and execute automated tests across Salesforce components, including:
o Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder
Validate functionality, performance, and data integrity across CRM workflows
Create and execute test cases for Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP)
Write and execute SOQL queries for validation, troubleshooting, and test verification
Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and QA to ensure end-to-end quality coverage
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Git
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
Contribute to improving overall QA processes, automation maturity, and best practices
Support testing in complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
Required Qualifications
3-6+ years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce test automation
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including:
o Data model
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o Flows & Process Builder
Proficiency in at least one programming language:
o Java, JavaScript, or Python
Experience testing Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs
Experience working with test automation frameworks (Playwright preferred)
Hands-on experience with QA tools such as:
o TestRail, Xray, or similar Salesforce testing tools
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools:
o Git, Jenkins, or equivalent
Experience writing SOQL queries for validation and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Salesforce DX and scratch org workflows
Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as:
o Cucumber, Karate, Selenium WebDriver, or similar
Experience with performance or load testing
Ability to read and debug Apex code and Lightning Web Components
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, QA/Testing-related)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
