Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update governance documentation, job aids, and internal reference materials
• Provide first-line support for web tools including AEM, DAM, PathFactory, Workfront, and RYG
• Assist in platform administration including configuration, user management, and content hygiene
• Support compliance audits by gathering data and preparing reports
• Monitor workflow hygiene and ensure proper request categorization
• Coordinate stakeholder training sessions and enablement initiatives
• Track platform issues and support operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or business operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Bachelor's degree or related military experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently

Essential Technical Skills

• Primary: Adobe Analytics, HTML5-CSS3, PL/SQL (6-8 years experience)
• Core: Digital marketing, marketing operations, business operations
• Secondary: AEM, DAM, PathFactory, Workfront, RYG

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content management systems (AEM or similar)
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Workfront
• Experience creating documentation or training materials
• Basic Agile concepts or cross-functional project experience
