Minimum years of experience required: 8-10+

Interview process: In-Person (Face to Face)
Must have:

10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Field Services).

Dynamics 365 Functional with knowledge on Customizations and Configurations.

Should be able to analyze and validate the fitment of a requirement with Dynamics.

Must have good knowledge of Dynamics 365 and best practices.

Should be able to prepare functional documentation.

Must be able to work directly with the client and lead functional design discussions with business, and bridge the gap between business and the technology team.
