Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team supporting Supply Chain operations. This highly visible position partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide financial insight, improve operational performance, and support strategic decision-making. This individual will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations, and Corporate Finance to analyze business performance, develop financial models, manage budgeting activities, and provide actionable recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Lead budgeting activities and perform monthly variance analysis.
Prepare financial reports and executive-level presentations.
Analyze manufacturing site performance, raw material costs, and operational spending.
Partner with Procurement to evaluate supplier financial performance and support sourcing decisions.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to develop dashboards that integrate financial and operational KPIs.
Coordinate and prioritize capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests.
Support ad hoc financial analysis for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards.
Drive continuous process improvements across financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of financial analysis or FP&A experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations preferred.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus.
Must reside within commuting distance of Sharonville, Ohio, or be willing to relocate.
