  • Align cross-functional teams on priorities and trade-offs, ensuring focus on highest business impact work
  • Own operational excellence rhythms, including incident reviews, RCA follow-through, and continuous improvement of service health and reliability
  • Establish governance frameworks including operating cadence, decision-making structures, and escalation paths
  • Own risk and dependency management, proactively identifying issues and driving timely resolution across teams
  • Drive visibility through standardized reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready communication on status, risks, and outcomes
  • Ensure production readiness and release coordination, partnering with teams to enable smooth, predictable launches
  • Track and drive key operational and delivery metrics (e.g., reliability, cycle time, incident trends, SLA adherence)
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and operational processes to increase efficiency and predictability
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and execution discipline across programs and operations

  • Proven track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
  • Strong experience in operational excellence, including incident management, RCA processes, and driving reliability improvements in partnership with engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning priorities
  • Experience with planning and prioritization at scale, including quarterly/annual planning, capacity management, and balancing roadmap vs. KTLO work
