Experience: 12+ years of IT Experience with 4+ years of Salesforce Project Management Experience
Job Summary
We’re hiring a Project Manager with hands-on Salesforce delivery experience to help lead and execute complex Salesforce initiatives. This role is responsible for owning scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk across Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations. You’ll work directly with consultants, developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered correctly, predictably, and with minimal rework.
Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including enhancements, new implementations, and multi-system integrations
· Translate business requirements into Salesforce-aware delivery plans, milestones, and workstreams
· Manage dependencies across Salesforce automation, data model changes, integrations, and reporting
· Proactively identify Salesforce-specific risks (automation conflicts, data dependencies, release timing, etc.)
· Coordinate internal teams and external Salesforce partners
· Facilitate requirement discussions and keep stakeholders aligned on scope and priorities
· Drive projects through testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization
· Manage and maintain Salesforce org(s), including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
· Configure and optimize Salesforce features such as Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and approval processes
· Monitor system performance, data quality, and user adoption
Required Qualifications
- 12+ Years of IT experience with 8+ years of Project Management experience and 4+ years of Salesforce Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with both Salesforce configuration and custom development
- Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Experience Cloud is a plus)
- Experience working with multiple Salesforce orgs or in a consulting environment
- Proven experience managing Salesforce projects in a delivery role
- Working knowledge of Salesforce core objects, automation tools (Flows, validation rules), and release processes
- Experience coordinating work across admins, developers, and business users
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience in Developer and/or Admin roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable making prioritization and risk decisions in complex orgs
- Certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
