Position Overview
We are seeking a Gemini Enterprise Consultant User Training Specialist to empower organizations in adopting and maximizing the Gemini Enterprise platform. This role focuses on delivering structured training, hands-on labs, and advanced technical guidance to help users build, deploy, and secure AI-powered solutions using Google Cloud technologies.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI platforms, enterprise search, and data integration, along with a passion for enabling users through impactful training and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, customized training sessions on Gemini Enterprise, ranging from foundational concepts to advanced AI agent development and security best practices.
  • Facilitate structured learning programs, including guided courses and hands-on labs using platforms such as Google Skills Boost.
  • Support enterprise enablement initiatives, including programs focused on AI agent readiness and developer upskilling.
  • Train users on Intelligent Search capabilities, including data connector setup, action configuration, and search optimization.
  • Coach teams on AI agent development, including building no-code agents, defining agent instructions, and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
  • Demonstrate best practices for data integration and grounding by connecting Gemini Enterprise with platforms such as Google Drive, BigQuery, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
  • Lead sessions on prompt engineering, data analysis, and the use of advanced tools such as master notebooks for research and business solutions.
  • Educate stakeholders on security and governance, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and VPC Service Controls.
  • Conduct hands-on sandbox sessions in Google Cloud, enabling users to experiment with AI agents, data ingestion, and integrations.
  • Provide post-training support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enablement to ensure successful adoption and user confidence.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in enterprise software consulting, user training, or AI/ML platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud technologies (e.g., Vertex AI, BigQuery) is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise and SaaS data integrations is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and data privacy practices.
  • Ability to identify business use cases and guide organizations in piloting and scaling AI-driven solutions.

Work Environment
  • Remote with flexibility to support client-based training sessions as needed.
  • Schedule may vary based on training programs and client requirements.
