Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

• Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site)

• Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)

• Interview Process: Video Interview followed by an In-Person meeting

Experience & Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned developer with 8–10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable solutions.

Technical Proficiencies:

• Core Development: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

• Integrations: Deep experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and various integration patterns.

• Architecture: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security protocols.

• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.

• Methodology: Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Certifications (the more the better)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect

• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer

• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (specifically for LWC)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving capabilities and a logical approach to technical challenges.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
