Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and the nCino platform to support digital lending initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and lending workflows
Work with stakeholders to define functional and technical specifications
Support nCino implementation and enhancements
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Perform data analysis and system integration support
Participate in UAT and ensure business requirements are met
Required Skills
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services
Strong experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
Hands-on exposure to nCino platform
Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial lending or loan processing
Knowledge of API integrations and data mapping
Banking domain experience is highly preferred.
