Summary
Technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and delivering Guidewire integrations and configurations across PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter, working closely with business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Guidewire integrations and configurations, mentoring onsite/offshore teams
- 7 12 years IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations and 3+ years in Guidewire integrations
- Design, build, and support integrations using Gosu, Integration Framework, APIs, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, Messaging
- Hands-on configuration of Guidewire components (PCF, Wizards, Data Model, Workflow, Product Designer, Forms)
- Drive solution design, PoCs, technical documentation, and reusable components
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to architecture decisions
- Strong understanding of P&C Insurance (Personal & Commercial Lines) and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Collaborate with business, BA, and cross-functional teams to implement complex rules and workflows
- Guidewire Integration Certification (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter)
