Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced RevPro Zuora Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue recognition processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zuora RevPro, revenue accounting workflows, and system integrations across enterprise platforms. This role requires close collaboration with finance, product, and engineering teams to ensure accurate and scalable revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

< data-start="682" data-end="724">Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Capture and refine user stories related to revenue accounting flows, including contract creation, modifications, terminations, and revenue release events.
• Analyze existing integrations and document enhancement requirements for systems such as Salesforce, D365 ERP, Oracle ERP, and RevPro.

< data-start="1023" data-end="1062">Solution Design & Architecture

• Design and recommend RevPro configurations aligned with revenue recognition policies and business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on ETL design, data mapping, transformation logic, and iPaaS integrations.
• Define revenue recognition methodologies, including multi-element arrangements and percentage-of-completion models.

• Partner with Salesforce CPQ, D365, Oracle, and integration platforms (Informatica/iHub) teams to ensure accurate data flow into RevPro.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues such as missing invoices, incorrect SO lines, and transformation errors.

• Work closely with Finance, Order-to-Cash, Product Operations, and Revenue teams to deliver strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, validate revenue schedules, and ensure end-to-end accuracy.

• Drive improvements in revenue automation, forecasting, and data migration readiness.
• Support ERP modernization initiatives and advocate for standardized revenue processes.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices for revenue operations and exception handling.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Zuora RevPro (Revenue Recognition).
• Deep understanding of revenue accounting processes and compliance standards.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, D365, Oracle ERP with RevPro.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, data mapping, and transformation logic.
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Informatica, iHub, etc.).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
