Summary

Job Description

Responsible for implementing and optimizing end-to-end recruiting processes to support large-scale hiring requirements including field operations, engineering, drilling, refinery, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing.
  • Design requisition workflows and approval processes.
  • Configure career sites and candidate experience.
  • Support integrations with job boards and background verification vendors.
  • Build recruitment dashboards and reporting.
  • Support global talent acquisition initiatives.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of SuccessFactors Recruiting experience.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Oil & Gas hiring experience preferred.
