Job Title: ITSM Tester (ServiceNow)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced ServiceNow ITSM Testers to support a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITSM modules and ensuring quality across functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM testing
• Hands-on testing of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and ITOM Discovery
• Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Test case creation, execution, and defect management
• Experience with test management tools
• ITIL process knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases and test scripts
• Validate ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM functionality
• Manage defects through logging, triage, retesting, and resolution
• Support UAT planning and execution
• Maintain test environments and test data
• Prepare test reports, metrics, and closure documentation
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and architects throughout the testing lifecycle
