Quality Control Technician (Microbiology Lab)
Location: Daytona, FL
Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Thursday-Saturday, plus every other Wednesday

Job Duties
- Perform microbiological testing, including endotoxin, sterility, and bioburden testing
- Conduct environmental monitoring of controlled and cleanroom environments
- Prepare laboratory media, reagents, and test samples following established procedures
- Accurately document test results and maintain laboratory records
- Review data for compliance with quality standards and report deviations when identified
- Support investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow GMP, FDA, and laboratory safety requirements
- Assist with SOP updates, audit readiness activities, and quality documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field required
- Previous experience in a microbiology laboratory preferred
- Experience with endotoxin testing, sterility testing, or environmental monitoring is highly preferred
- Knowledge of GMP environments, aseptic techniques, and laboratory documentation practices
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
