Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to develop data-driven solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, develop AI-powered applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business applications.
• Build predictive analytics, recommendation systems, forecasting models, and NLP solutions.
• Develop and optimize generative AI, large language model (LLM), and deep learning applications.
• Perform feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance tuning.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business teams to implement AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science technologies.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experimental design.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or deep learning techniques.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with vector databases, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• AI-related certifications are a plus.
