Responsibilities
• Manage business leaders through ideation and refinement of business needs
• Evaluate business needs for value and feasibility
• Group and prioritize business needs into strategic business and IT roadmaps
• Tracking of value achieve from implemented business solutions
• Undertake hands-on analysis using various analytics software
• Perform analysis of impact, feasibility, costs, and benefits
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across business units, operational teams and IT
• Support internal and external delivery teams with project planning, functional and non-functional requirements, testing, reporting, implementation, and post-implementation activities
• Support end users in adopting functional changes (e.g. training, documentation, implementation support)
• You will be based in New Jersy and required to travel to client locations as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of digital strategy & technology consulting services experience is a significant plus
- Proven results in complex digital consulting programs and digital transformation
- Proven managerial expertise with extensive project experience across the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics and digital analytics platforms
- Hands-on analytics and business intelligence experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment
- Experience of working within complex project matrix environments, with both internal and 3rd party resources
- Proven experience with requirements gathering and documentation, and customer journey analysis / mapping
- Strong written/oral communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience of facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels and functions of the business
- Ability to understand complex systems and issues and communicate with both technical & non-technical people
- Experienced with developing user stories and development tasks for product backlog, as well as documenting acceptance criteria
- Keen to learn new technologies and expand business domain knowledge
