We are partnering with a rapidly growing industrial leader in Charlotte, NC, to find a dedicated IT professional ready to make a massive impact. In this role, you will be the primary technical point of contact on-site, splitting your time between a traditional office and a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will have a high degree of influence, tackle diverse hardware and software challenges, and enjoy a fantastic four-day work week (Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM).

responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support for internal customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Split your typical day evenly between a traditional office environment and active, hands-on IT operations within an industrial warehouse.
- Remotely manage and troubleshoot workstations utilizing Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
- Partner with Human Resources to manage the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, as well as monitoring security camera equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues involving computer servers, wireless equipment, and data lines.
- Install physical hardware throughout the facility, which may include running cables and utilizing ladders to service warehouse technology.
- Monitor hardware and software inventory to recommend necessary replacements and upgrades.
- Work independently without direct day-to-day supervision to manage, analyze, and maintain internal IT desktop systems.
- Push and pull essential business data from various company databases.
qualifications:
Must-Haves
Bachelor's Degree in an IT or STEM-related field, OR 2+ years of equivalent experience in a Windows-based technical support role.
Proven proficiency with M365 administration and remote device management.
Comfortable working 100% onsite in a 10-hour shift format.
Willingness to install and utilize Microsoft Teams on a personal mobile phone.
Flexibility to occasionally travel to remote business locations or provide support outside normal business hours. Less than 5% of the time, and rare. (Paid rental car, Hotel accomodations, 3 meals a day) and up to a week max.
Strong professional integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience operating within an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for account creation and offboarding.
Hands-on experience supporting specialized warehouse hardware such as RF scanners, thermal label printers, and ruggedized devices.
Experience with advanced device management integrations, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
