- Associate's or Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Quality Assurance knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO-9001/IATF quality assurance program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Responsibilities
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and demonstrated ability to review and approve test plans, qualification reports, Engineering drawings and documents
- Quality Control Analysis: conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer software, including MS Office (Word and Excel) and e-mail.
