Hybrid in Little Rock, Arkansas
Role: ER Relations Consultant
Contract Duration: 6 months, estimated to begin December 2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with on-site attendance Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be highly experienced in employee relations and case management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Employee Relations, HR Case Management, or a closely related HR function.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing employee relations cases.
• Hands-on experience with workplace investigations, employee complaints, and conflict resolution.
• Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, HR leadership, and management teams.
• Strong understanding of employee relations practices, workplace policies, and HR procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
