We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO), workflow automation, and enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development and architecture experience with ServiceNow, along with proficiency in .NET, C#, and API integrations to build scalable, secure, and compliant workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions and workflows.
• Build and optimize business process automation using ServiceNow FSO and workflow capabilities.
• Architect scalable, reusable, and secure ServiceNow applications following platform best practices.
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from requirements gathering through production deployment.

• Translate business and operational requirements into technical workflows, forms, approvals, and work queues.
• Design complex workflow orchestration including escalations, SLAs, exception handling, and compliance processes.
• Implement workflow solutions supporting Incident, Case, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, and event-driven architectures.
• Utilize .NET, C#, and API technologies to integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems.

• Design secure data exchange and automation frameworks.
