LSR Technical Writer

DESCRIPTION:

Creates clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical systems, software, and processes by translating complex concepts into accessible language for technical audiences. They develop and maintain a wide range of materials—including specifications, diagrams, FAQs, and knowledge base articles—ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in an IT or software development environment

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with documentation tools, including Archi for designing ArchiMate architecture models and technical diagrams

• Ability to read and understand, and update technical specifications

• Ability to read and understand code is a plus

• Preferred prior legal experience

• Proficient in using Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications to create, manage, and organize technical documentation within structured, version‑controlled repositories.
